I think this costume has to be the easiest and comfiest costume I've ever had. Took five minutes and I wasn't teetering in heels all night! It was a lot more fun going around without feeling the pinch from heels, plus I got to let out my inner geek haha

went to Vudu's annual Halloween party, the place was packed with all kinds of people and erm..creatures haha

and the day before that, we got to see social network, great movie! but more on that later haha

haven't been posting much, I've been busy as a bee. Although working at home means you can work in your pajamas (which is the best part, dont you think?),  it's not very photo worthy. haha

took a quick quick break from work (hence the hurriedly put on outfit and retarded expression) to go out for some take out and bank errands, I feel like a grown up already!

-went out for lunch with bianca and cristy (who i didnt get to take a picture of :( next time cris!)
-late night dessert at the pantry, they had the cutest cupcakes and the biggest ice cream cakes!
- working with babies! worked with Hanna for a shoot, look at those tiny tiny hands
- dinner at bittersweet! they have the best cheesesteak sandwiches and the best desserts ever

Galleon Andalucia! galleons of fun! (yes, i did that on purpose)

Got to see Galleon Andalucia the other day, right before it left for Mactan. It was quite a feat, the storm was strong as ever and it left the ground all muddy and slippery. The extra long lines weren't helping either.  Plus they told us we couldn't go inside the boat anymore because the rain made the floor so slippery, but with a little bit of luck, and a tiny bit of negotiating, the lovely boatmen, and women, gave us a private tour of Andalucia!

Thank you Jose for allowing us to see Galleon Andalucia and Andrea for giving us the tour, you guys were wonderful!

also, this week has been pretty hectic. I've been juggling a lot of projects all at once, apologies for the lack of posts. That's also the reason why I'm putting up a lot of pictures and typing so little, I am exhausted! Will make up for it, je promets!

Preview's 15th Anniversary Party!

late late post! been very busy, and I'm doing this now because I'm procrastinating preparing myself for non-stop work. heeee

anyhooo

It was Preview's 15th Anniversary last Saturday and a celebration was in order! We all had to come in crystal inspired ensembles, it was a bit difficult looking for something crystal, I personally don't wear a lot of 'em, but it turned out pretty well, thanks to my sister's closet.

The night started with drinks at Maya and then the party in Penthouse. It was packed with so much people!

Met a lot of wonderful people and saw some good friends as well. I just wanna give a big big thank you and congratulations to Preview, of course, Cybill and Kaye of A- List Possibilities, Mikey and Edwin for throwing a wonderful party! Had tons of fun!

I wore a crystal head chain( i made myself), WJ tank,Supre sparkle skirt, shoes from Tokyo (not seen in the photo) Alexander Wang bag (All my sisters! haha)

and this sick cut out vest (which I share it with my sister too haha) from Bkk! Isn't it awesome?

Rewarded myself with pumpkin soup (which I made myself, thankyouverymuch), lists, filling out forms ( I have this thing for writing things down and forms) and a good book after working the whole afternoon.

I did make up for a shoot today and I met the cutest little girl ever. Unfortunately, being the lame self that I am, I didn't get to take pictures. So I'm leaving you with a picture of what I had for dinner.

Also, I've been wanting to read this book for a long long time, ever since my friends raved about it, but I could never get my hands on one, until now. wohoo!

I need to buy some bread to dip the leftover soup with.

The thunderstorm's pretty scary, and so is the lightning, but I kinda like it.

I really don't know why I'm saying these things.

the week so far

Haven't done much or I'm just lazy, but keeping my fingers crossed to new possibilities. Attraversiamo! ( I've just seen the movie, it was nice, but the book was much much better) Now I want to spend a year in Italy and Bali, and go back to yoga.

I love this dress. I love anything that resembles a T-shirt and the lace sleeves are just perfect!

Met up with Pao in ayala today to give him back his long overdue shirt! we had to make a few alterations. sorry Pao! But I hope it fits well now :D

I went crazy when I saw these shirts with beautiful illustrations, I couldn't help but take home a lot  a couple. So pretty! This one's my favorite, it's a goldfish, a beautifully illustrated one at that, with a girl inside! It reminds me of those traditional japanese drawings, but much more quirky.

anyhoo, publishing this post now, news say we're about to have another 2-hour brown out in a few minutes. It really is a pain having one or two of those everyday, sigh.

There's a giraffe in your pocket

Giraffe tee, scarf used as a skirt, clogs from HK

This shirt is one of my favorite buys. I just love the giraffe in his coat and tie popping out from my pocket! too cute! Along with the shirt, I wore this scarf styled as a skirt ala Eline Kling (don't you just love her??) I have to admit, wearing it was quite a feat while running around the city, but I couldn't pass it up, and I was feeling extra lazy to look for something else, plus I didn't want to wear anything that was too dressed down.

Also

 I've been feeling and looking really unhealthy for the pass couple of years months, yet I've never really done anything about it. Until now! I finally have the strength to change my bad habits! (took me long enough!). As of today,erm tonight, It's back to no junk! I've probably said this a thousand million times, but I've realized the gravity of the situation, and I'm not having it! I'm doing some changes with my diet and my lifestyle and I hope it all works out.
